About Us:
IntelliStaff Medical is a premier nurse staffing firm specializing in placing Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses in direct-hire positions in the USA, as well as American RNs in travel contracts. We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to identify and build relationships with hospitals in both the USA and Canada, securing contracts for nurse placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage hospitals and healthcare facilities in the USA and Canada to secure staffing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a long-term partnership for nurse placements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our network of clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with healthcare facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure clients’ staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms for managing client interactions, tracking contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide ongoing client support, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in healthcare staffing with a focus on USA and Canadian hospitals.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
- Experience using ATS/CRM platforms like Bullhorn is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Access to high-speed internet and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
