About Us:
IntelliStaff Medical is a premier nurse staffing firm specializing in placing Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses in direct-hire positions in the USA, as well as American RNs in travel contracts. We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to identify and build relationships with hospitals in both the USA and Canada, securing contracts for nurse placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and engage hospitals and healthcare facilities in the USA and Canada to secure staffing contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a long-term partnership for nurse placements.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our network of clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with healthcare facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure clients’ staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Utilize Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms for managing client interactions, tracking contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide ongoing client support, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in healthcare staffing with a focus on USA and Canadian hospitals.
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
Experience using ATS/CRM platforms like Bullhorn is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Access to high-speed internet and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
