We are seeking an experienced Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help connect healthcare professionals with their ideal roles in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, specifically nurses, for various positions across the USA.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Utilize Bullhorn or other ATS platforms to track and manage candidates effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to match candidates with the best opportunities based on their skills and preferences.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and placing healthcare professionals, preferably in the USA.
- Proven experience using ATS platforms, with Bullhorn experience being a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- High-speed internet access is required to perform the duties of the role remotely.
- Must be based in Canada and legally eligible to work.
