We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, leading recruitment efforts and ensuring the best placement of healthcare professionals in facilities across the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various healthcare facilities across the USA.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate outreach to interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals, leveraging this network to quickly fill urgent staffing needs.
- Utilize Bullhorn or other ATS platforms for tracking candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with account managers and other teams to understand client requirements and ensure placements meet their needs.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and placing healthcare professionals, specifically within the USA.
- Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare roles and building strong candidate relationships.
- Experience using ATS platforms, with Bullhorn experience being a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High-speed internet access is required for remote work.
- Must be based in the USA and legally eligible to work.
