Hi! My name is Jayde and I have been working with IntelliStaff Medical to secure the perfect nursing contract since Fall 2023. Lucky for me, IntelliStaff Medical has so many contracts to choose from!
From day one, Nitya, my recruiter, sat with me and went through all of my options as well as what to expect which each one. The nursing rules are different in every state, in regards to whether or not you need an SSN, how much experience you need, how long you have to commit to a contract, and so much more. Nitya was incredibly knowledgeable about every contract and answered my seemingly endless amount of questions. Once I chose the contract that I felt was best for me, Nitya walked me through the process of securing my work visa. She provided me with everything I needed to ensure that I got my visa with no hiccups. Once I got my visa, Nitya continued to keep contact with both the hospital and I to ensure that my start at the hospital was everything I needed it to be. Even now, she still checks in to see how I am doing!
IntelliStaff Medical made what seemed to be a very daunting personal and career move, not so daunting.
