IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an experienced RN Surgical Trauma Team Circulator for a full-time permanent position at a busy Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses, along with U.S. state licensing support.

Position Overview – Surgical Trauma Circulator RN

As a Trauma Operating Room Circulator RN, you will provide hands-on perioperative nursing care in complex and emergent surgical cases. This role is ideal for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse who thrives in trauma surgery, acute care, and multidisciplinary surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Circulate basic and complex surgical cases across multiple specialties
  • Support trauma surgeries and high-acuity emergent procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate perioperative documentation and patient records
  • Advocate for patient safety and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Precept and support team members within primary and secondary specialty teams

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse

  • Active Idaho RN license prior to start date
  • Multistate RNs must establish Idaho residency within 60 days of hire
  • NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
  • Minimum one year of inpatient RN experience preferred
  • Strong experience circulating in a large hospital with trauma designation preferred
  • Ability to circulate all basic and complex surgical cases proficiently
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required at hire; ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted
