Position Overview

IntelliStaff Medical is hiring Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-performing cardiovascular program in Northern New Jersey. This role is ideal for nurses with Cath Lab or critical care experience who want to step into a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment.

This position requires a 3-year commitment. If you are looking for long-term stability, strong U.S. earnings, and a clear immigration pathway, this is where things get interesting.

This opportunity is open to Canadian citizens eligible for the TN visa.

Green card and permanent residency sponsorship is available for qualified candidates after 3 months of employment.

Compensation

• $50.00 – $71.44 USD/hour based on experience
• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus available

Qualifications of Cath Lab RN

• Canadian citizenship (required for TN visa eligibility)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• NCLEX-RN completed
• VisaScreen (CGFNS) completed or in process
• Active RN license (or eligibility) in New Jersey
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab or critical care experience (ICU/ER)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures including assessments and education
• Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and other interventions
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status in real time
• Ensure procedure room readiness, equipment functionality, and supply management
• Provide post-procedure monitoring and identify complications early
• Respond rapidly to cardiac emergencies including arrhythmias or hemodynamic instability
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Maintain detailed and compliant patient documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
