Position Overview

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time night shift opportunities with a U.S. hospital in the Coastal Georgia region. In this role, you will care for high-acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring, interventions, and life-saving support while working as a direct employee of the hospital.

This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for the TN visa.

Compensation

Base Rate (2+ years of experience minimum):

  • $36.74 – $51.03/hour

Bonus & Relocation

  • Sign-on bonus ranging from $1,500 to $7,500 depending on contract length
  • Relocation bonus ranging from $1,000 to $3,000
  • Higher incentives available for longer-term commitments (1 to 3 years)

Qualifications of Critical Care RN

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Canadian or Mexican citizenship (TN visa eligibility required)
  • Active RN license (or eligibility) in the State of Georgia
  • NCLEX required
  • BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent Critical Care or ICU experience preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide advanced, life-saving nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment
  • Perform continuous patient assessments, including hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation of vital data
  • Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced life support equipment
  • Administer critical medications, including titratable IV infusions, with precision and close monitoring
  • Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
  • Collaborate closely with intensivists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate complex care plans
  • Support patients and families through critical illness with clear communication and education
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards
  • Participate in code responses and emergency interventions as required
