Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Registered Nurse Case Managers for a full-time permanent position in Northeast Texas. This position includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs as well as U.S. state licensing guidance for North American nurses.

With this RN Case Manager position, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and receive the full benefits package that comes with joining a respected regional healthcare system.

Qualifications of RN Case Manager

• Active RN license in the specified state; licensing assistance is available
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
• NCLEX required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification preferred

Responsibilities and Duties of an RN Case Manager

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patient care plans and treatment progression
• Review patient admissions, length of stay, transfers, and discharge plans to ensure appropriate care coordination
• Assist with discharge planning, including coordinating transfers to other facilities and arranging community resources
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, recovery, and available support services
• Monitor patient and family satisfaction while addressing questions or concerns from patients, families, and payors
• Perform chart reviews to identify potential issues related to patient outcomes, compliance, cost, and service delivery
• Support efficient use of healthcare resources while maintaining quality patient care
