IntelliStaff Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Pediatrics for a full-time permanent position in South Carolina. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

About the Role – Medical Surgical Pediatrics Nursing
The Registered Nurse supports the philosophy and standards of professional nursing practice by planning, coordinating, and delivering care to a designated group of medical surgical and pediatric patients. The RN is responsible for directing ancillary personnel in implementing individualized care plans and may assume charge responsibilities as assigned.
Practice is performed in accordance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, hospital policies, and national Nursing Standards of Practice.

Qualifications – Med Surg Pediatrics RN
- Active South Carolina RN license required prior to start date
- Ability to obtain and maintain South Carolina nursing licensure
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Previous Medical Surgical or Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to first clinical shift
Responsibilities of the Medical Surgical Pediatrics Registered Nurse
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical surgical and pediatric patients
- Coordinate care for an assigned patient group across varying acuity levels
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and ancillary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care
