IntelliStaff Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – General Surgery Clinic for a full-time permanent position in Boise, Idaho. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses interested in ambulatory care nursing, perioperative nursing, surgical clinic nursing, and outpatient general surgery. You will work as a direct employee of the health system and receive a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Position Summary

  • Full-time Registered Nurse role in a busy General Surgery Clinic
  • Provide skilled outpatient nursing care in collaboration with licensed providers
  • Administer medications and treatments in an ambulatory setting
  • Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative surgical care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient confidentiality
  • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to support staff
  • Promote a compassionate, patient-centred experience

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire
  • RN license in the state of Oregon required within six months of start
  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network
  • Ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience preferred
  • NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
