• Approximately 30+ bed high-acuity Orthopedic Joint & Spine Trauma Unit
• Specializes in complex trauma cases, including multi-extremity injuries and compound fractures
• Level II Trauma Center environment
• Collaborative care delivery model featuring bedside RNs, virtual RNs, and CNAs
• Strong pathway for advancement into Emergency Room and Critical Care specialties

Qualifications – Orthopedic Joint Trauma RN

• Current RN license required prior to start date
• Multistate RNs must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days
• NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican nurses
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS
• Orthopedic, trauma, surgical, or acute care experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic trauma and joint replacement patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in assessment, care planning, and treatment
• Deliver patient and family education related to post-operative recovery and mobility
