- Approximately 30+ bed high-acuity Orthopedic Joint & Spine Trauma Unit
- Specializes in complex trauma cases, including multi-extremity injuries and compound fractures
- Level II Trauma Center environment
- Collaborative care delivery model featuring bedside RNs, virtual RNs, and CNAs
- Strong pathway for advancement into Emergency Room and Critical Care specialties

Qualifications – Orthopedic Joint Trauma RN
- Current RN license required prior to start date
- Multistate RNs must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican nurses
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required at hire
- ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS
- Orthopedic, trauma, surgical, or acute care experience preferred

- Provide comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic trauma and joint replacement patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in assessment, care planning, and treatment
- Deliver patient and family education related to post-operative recovery and mobility
