IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse Circulator for a full-time permanent position in Idaho. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs as well as U.S. state licensing support for North American nurses.

About the Operating Room RN Circulator Role
As an Operating Room RN Circulator, you will provide hands-on perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures while advocating for optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as the primary patient advocate throughout the intraoperative experience
- Coordinate surgical case flow and maintain a sterile, safe OR environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document intraoperative care accurately and thoroughly
- Develop and implement individualized perioperative care plans
- Promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of surgical patients

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse
- Active RN license in the State of Idaho prior to start date
- Multistate RNs must establish Idaho residency within 60 days of hire
- Minimum one year of Operating Room circulating experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required at hire; ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
