IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN OR Circulator) for a full-time permanent position in Oregon. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support for North American nurses.
In this Operating Room RN position, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and receive competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and professional growth opportunities within a large not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications of the Operating Room RN (OR Circulator)
- Current RN license required; multistate nurses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire
- Must practice in accordance with Oregon State Board of Nursing regulations
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification at hire
- ACLS required within six months of hire
- Minimum one year of RN experience preferred; new graduates considered at Level I with structured advancement pathway
Responsibilities and Duties of the OR Circulator RN
- Provide professional perioperative nursing care in collaboration with the surgical team
- Perform and document comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized surgical care plans
- Prepare, administer, and evaluate medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure accurate documentation of surgical services and supplies
- Advocate for patient safety, rights, and comfort throughout the perioperative process
- Demonstrate safe operation of surgical and patient care equipment
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and recovery
