NICU Registered Nurse Job

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking NICU registered nurses for a full-time permanent position. This position includes TN visa assistance to qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs as well as licensing services to North American nurses. 
With this Neonatal Intensive Care Unit registered nurse position, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and receive all the benefits that entails. 

Qualifications of NICU RN:

• Active RN license in specified state. State licensing assistance is available.
• Bachelor’s degrees in nursing. 
• NCLEX for Canadian and Mexican RNs.
• BLS, and NRP required.
• New graduates will be considered but one year of recent experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN is preferred. 

Responsibilities and Duties of NICU RN:

• Manage the care for infants experiencing severe and often life-threatening conditions requiring intricate interventions, thorough assessments and intensive therapies. 
• Care for infants with various conditions which may include micro-preemies, preemies, congenital birth defects, genetic conditions, multiples and birth complications. 
• Care for females and their newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum.
• Support and educate guardians on the care of their infant.
