IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses for a full-time permanent position in South Carolina. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for Canadian and Mexican RNs and full U.S. state licensing support.

This position offers flexible 1, 2, or 3-year commitments. Nurses interested in a U.S. green card sponsorship may qualify with a 3 to 5-year commitment due to federal regulations.

Qualifications – Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

  • Active South Carolina RN license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican nurses
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to first clinical shift
  • ACLS certification required; new graduates must obtain within 6 months
  • Proficiency in telemetry and rhythm interpretation required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities and Duties – Critical Care RN

  • Provide life-saving care to critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Implement high-acuity therapies and advanced nursing interventions
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry interpretation
  • Administer and titrate critical medications safely
  • Collaborate closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise ancillary personnel and assume charge responsibilities as assigned
  • Educate and support families during medical crises
  • Practice within the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics, and Nursing Standards of Practice
