IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Clinical Support Team Critical Care Registered Nurses for a full-time permanent position in Ontario, Oregon. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support for North American nurses.

About the Critical Care Opportunity

This role is ideal for experienced ICU nurses, critical care RNs, and acute care nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident in advanced assessment, medication administration, delegation, and complex clinical decision-making.
Qualifications of the Critical Care RN
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Idaho prior to start date
- Multistate license holders must establish Idaho residency within 60 days
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required at hire
- Minimum one year of inpatient RN experience preferred for Level II hire
Responsibilities and Duties of the ICU / Critical Care RN
- Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as applicable
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Administer and evaluate medications and prescribed treatments safely
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education based on assessed needs
- Advocate for patient rights and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Demonstrate safe operation of critical care equipment and adhere to hospital safety standards
Professional Growth
New graduate nurses are hired as Level I with structured advancement to Level II upon successful completion of first-year competencies. Experienced RNs with one or more years of experience are hired at Level II with access to a Professional Development Ladder for continued career advancement.
