IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Circulator Registered Nurses for full-time, permanent positions in Surgical Services departments in Texas. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, plus licensing support for North American nurses.

Qualifications of a Circulator RN
- Active RN license in the specified U.S. state (State licensing assistance available).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- NCLEX required for Canadian and Mexican RNs.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR/circulating nurse experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with sterile technique, patient safety protocols, and surgical workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and coordinating with the surgical team.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and ensure all documentation, consents, and equipment are ready and compliant.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and environment throughout the procedure.
- Maintain a sterile field, manage supplies and instruments, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Advocate for the patient at every step, communicating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and post-op teams.
- Document care accurately and efficiently, in alignment with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Uphold the values of respect, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction—with patients, colleagues, and families.
