Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) | USA TN Visa Sponsorship

IntelliStaff Medical is recruiting Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses for full-time Intensive Care Unit positions with a U.S. hospital employer in the Greater Charlotte Metropolitan Area of South Carolina. These direct-hire opportunities offer TN visa sponsorship.

RN Responsibilities

• Assess and care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs, haemodynamic parameters and clinical changes.
• Administer prescribed critical-care medications and IV therapies.
• Provide nursing care to patients requiring respiratory or cardiovascular support.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and patient deterioration.
• Collaborate with critical-care teams and document clinical interventions.

Minimum Requirements

• Canadian or Mexican citizenship.
• Successfully passed the NCLEX-RN examination.
• At least one year of recent acute-care hospital RN experience.
• ICU or comparable critical-care experience preferred.
• Eligible for TN visa status to work as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
• Able to obtain an appropriate U.S. state RN licence.
• Willing to obtain a VisaScreen certificate or other accepted health worker certification, as applicable.
• Willingness to relocate and work night shifts according to hospital requirements.

Schedule: Night shifts preferred based on operational needs; orientation cohorts generally begin twice monthly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 USD, paid in five instalments over two years, subject to eligibility.
• Applicable shift differentials.
• Medical, dental and vision coverage beginning on the 31st day of full-time employment.
• 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of 50% of contributions up to 6% of base salary (maximum 3% employer contribution); vesting conditions apply.
• Student loan assistance up to $300 per month, subject to eligibility and a $25,000 lifetime cap.
• Tuition reimbursement up to $3,500 annually after six months of employment.
• RN licence and certification renewal allowance up to $125 annually.
• Paid time off based on years of service.
• Four-to-six-week unit orientation with dedicated preceptors.
