About the Role
We're seeking experienced Financial Analysts interested in short-term northern assignments with excellent compensation, paid travel, and housing provided. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA designation considered a strong asset
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and variance analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial software
- Government, public sector, Indigenous organization, or northern experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor expenditures and identify trends and variances
- Provide financial recommendations to management
- Assist with year-end activities and audit preparation
- Develop financial models and business cases
- Support operational and strategic decision-making through data analysis
