Dialysis Registered Nurse Opportunity
IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Dialysis Registered Nurses for full-time permanent positions with a respected hospital system in the United States. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring hemodialysis treatment. You will work collaboratively with nephrologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatments
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient responses before, during, and after treatment
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies
- Educate patients and families regarding kidney disease management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the continuum of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for state licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Canadian or Mexican Citizen
- NCLEX-RN
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Dialysis, nephrology, renal, acute care, or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
