Position Overview

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time opportunities with a respected coastal Georgia hospital system. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment while working as a direct employee of the hospital.

This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for the TN visa.

Compensation

• $36.74 – $51.03/hour based on experience

Bonus & Relocation Packages

Tier 1 – Essential Package

• 1-Year Contract
• $1,500 USD sign-on bonus
• $1,000 USD relocation bonus

Tier 2 – Preferred Package

• 2-Year Contract
• $5,000 USD sign-on bonus
• $2,000 USD relocation bonus

Tier 3 – Premier Package

• 3-Year Contract
• $7,500 USD sign-on bonus
• $3,000 USD relocation bonus

Qualifications of Critical Care RN

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Canadian or Mexican citizenship required for TN visa eligibility
• NCLEX-RN required
• VisaScreen completed or in process preferred
• Active RN license or eligibility for Georgia RN licensure
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Critical care or acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced treatments safely and accurately
• Review and respond to diagnostic testing and laboratory results
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
• Assist with charge nurse responsibilities when assigned
