Here’s what we please need for the Bullhorn Career Portal:
• Step 1: You need to purchase hosting for the Bullhorn Career Portal. Haley Marketing does not host the Bullhorn Career Portal. It can be hosted on a third-party hosting service, and you will be responsible for procuring web hosting for your portal. We suggest GoDaddy.com. You can set up the Economy Level Linux plan. Once your hosting account is set up, you will need to provide us with SFTP access or login credentials to your hosting account. • Step 2: You will also need to setup a subdomain for your Bullhorn Career Portal. A subdomain is a URL that is a subset of your main website URL (e.g., jobs.intellistaffmedical.com). If you do not know how to set up a subdomain, we can help. We will need you to provide us with login credentials to your DNS host so we can point the subdomain to the correct IP address once the files are uploaded the your host (in step 1). • Step 3: You’ll give us the information we need to download and install your career portal. Please forward the entire email Bullhorn sent you with the Github link and swimlane info in it. We will use this information to download the portal files and install the career portal on your host server. A Few VERY Important Service Notes: • Haley Marketing DOES NOT provide ongoing support for the Bullhorn Career Portal. The Career Portal is a Bullhorn product, and once the portal is installed on your web host, all technical and user questions will need to be directed to Bullhorn client support. Because this is not a Haley Marketing product, we are not able to provide training or any ongoing technical support for this product. • You will be responsible for paying any fees associated with the web host that you select to use for the portal.
