TN1 Visa
As a Canadian Medical Laboratory Technologist you are eligible for TN1 Visa (non-immigrant) under North American trade agreements. Currently Technicians are not eligible. This is valid for up to 3 years. If you and the client desire for you to stay longer, we can assist with renewals or becoming a permanent resident. The TN1 visa gives you the flexibility to stay as little or as long as you would like.
