Medical professionals are at unique risk for COVID-19 exposure. At IntelliStaff Medical, we know the risks, and we understand your concerns.

Our team is here to support you every step of the way. We will work to ensure you are comfortable in your work environment, and we are also able to help support you if you are subject to a mandatory quarantine or you test positive for the virus.

FAQs

You are never under any obligation to accept a new contract. If you are concerned about the location of a particular assignment, you are free to turn it down.

We do our best to vet every client to ensure your safety on the job. However, it is possible a facility could change its procedures at any time, and those procedures could fall out of line with the health and safety guidelines originally presented to IntelliStaff Medical.

If you do find yourself in a situation where you feel unsafe, contact us immediately. We will work with you to remedy the situation and remove you if necessary.

Rules and regulations regarding self-quarantine for travelers are always changing. Your recruiter will work with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance.

If you receive notification of exposure and are required to self-isolate or if you test positive for COVID-19 while on assignment, contact your facility supervisor and your IntelliStaff Medical recruiter immediately. We will work with you and the facility to ensure you receive all pay you are entitled to under the law.
