Texas Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

IntelliStaff Medical is recruiting Telemetry Registered Nurses for full-time, permanent positions with a hospital in Southeast Texas.

Successful candidates will become direct employees of the hospital and receive a comprehensive benefits package. TN visa and Texas RN licensing support are available for qualified Canadian and Mexican nurses.

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Provide, coordinate, and evaluate professional nursing care
• Monitor patients requiring cardiac and telemetry care
• Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Confirm questionable or contraindicated orders with the appropriate licensed practitioner
• Implement nursing interventions to stabilize patients and prevent complications
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Delegate appropriate duties in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
• Maintain accurate patient records and unit documentation
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for patients and families
• Provide direction to Licensed Vocational Nurses and unlicensed nursing personnel

Telemetry RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• NCLEX-RN successfully completed
• Current Texas RN licence or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to complete unit-specific competencies within six months of hire
• One year of previous RN experience required;
• Canadian or Mexican citizenship required for candidates seeking TN visa support
