Position Overview
IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Critical Care ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time opportunities with a U.S. hospital in the Coastal Georgia region. In this role, you will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced intensive care environment.
This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for the TN visa.
Compensation
Base Rate (2+ years of experience):
$34.67 – $48.16/hour
Bonus & Relocation

Sign-on bonus ranging from $1,500 to $7,500 depending on contract length

Relocation bonus ranging from $1,000 to $3,000

Higher bonuses available for longer-term commitments (1 to 3 years)

Qualifications of Critical Care ICU RN
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
-
Canadian or Mexican citizenship (TN visa eligibility required)
-
Active RN license (or eligibility) in the State of Georgia
-
NCLEX required
-
VisaScreen completed or in process preferred
-
Minimum two years of recent Critical Care, ICU, or Intensive Care experience preferred
-
BLS required
-
ACLS required or obtainable upon hire
Responsibilities and Duties
-
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
-
Continuously assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment
-
Interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic data, and other critical patient indicators
-
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments safely and accurately
-
Operate and monitor advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitoring systems, and infusion devices

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
-
Recognize and respond rapidly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition

Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
-
Promote a safe, patient-centred environment while supporting quality improvement initiatives
