Qualifications
Physical Therapist Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
-
Active PT license or eligibility for licensure

Current BLS certification
-
NPTE completed or eligible
-
Strong communication and patient care skills
-
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Occupational Therapist Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active OT license or eligibility for licensure

Current BLS certification

NBCOT certification required

Additional Requirements for Canadian Applicants
