Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution

• Active PT license or eligibility for licensure

• Current BLS certification

• NPTE completed or eligible

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active OT license or eligibility for licensure

• Current BLS certification

• NBCOT certification required

• Strong communication and patient care skills

Additional Requirements for Canadian Applicants

• Canadian citizenship required

• Fluent English communication skills

• Valid Canadian passport

• VisaScreen Certificate required

• Eligible for professional licensure in the applicable U.S. state

• FCCPT credential evaluation completed or in progress for Physical Therapists

• NBCOT certification required for Occupational Therapists
