IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Women's Services Registered Nurses for permanent positions with a respected Washington State hospital. This opportunity is available to qualified Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses seeking employment in the United States through the TN Visa program.

Candidates must be ready to relocate and possess an active VisaScreen certificate.

Washington RN licensure is preferred; however, qualified candidates who can obtain licensure through endorsement quickly are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Canadian or Mexican citizenship required for TN visa eligibility
  • Active VisaScreen certificate required
  • NCLEX-RN completed
  • Washington RN license preferred or ability to obtain quickly through endorsement
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • BLS certification required
  • NRP certification required
  • ACLS certification required within six months of hire
  • PALS certification required within six months of hire
  • Minimum one year of Women's Services, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Mother/Baby, or Special Care Nursery experience required
  • Must be willing to cross-train and work within Labor & Delivery and Special Care Nursery

RN Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers, newborns, and women's health patients
  • Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing throughout labor and delivery
  • Assist with deliveries and postpartum recovery
  • Provide newborn assessments and care
  • Educate patients and families regarding pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards
  • Respond appropriately to obstetrical and neonatal emergencies
