Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with cardiac, renal, medical, and surgical conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning activities
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and collaborate with support staff as appropriate
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Canadian or Mexican citizenship required for TN Visa eligibility
• NCLEX-RN passed and eligible for U.S. state RN licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac, Renal, Progressive Care, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required or willingness to obtain
• Fluent English; written and spoken
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Candidates with experience in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Step-Down, Cardiac Nursing, Renal Nursing, Dialysis, Acute Care, or Critical Care environments are encouraged to apply.
