Position Overview
IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Maternity Care Center Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time opportunities with a U.S. hospital in the Coastal Georgia region. In this role, you will provide compassionate, patient-centred care to mothers and newborns while working as a direct employee of the hospital.
This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for the TN visa.
Compensation
- $34.67 – $48.16/hour based on 2+ years of experience
Bonus & Relocation
- Sign-on bonus ranging from $1,500 to $7,500 depending on contract length
- Relocation bonus ranging from $1,000 to $3,000
- Higher incentives available for longer-term commitments of 1 to 3 years

Qualifications of Maternity Care RN
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Canadian or Mexican citizenship required for TN visa eligibility
- Active RN license or eligibility in the State of Georgia
- NCLEX required
- VisaScreen completed or in process preferred
- Experience in maternity, labour and delivery, postpartum, or women’s health preferred
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including vital signs and fetal heart rate interpretation
- Assist with labour, delivery, and immediate postpartum care in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Identify and respond to obstetric emergencies and complications
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely and accurately
- Support and educate mothers and families on childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery
- Perform newborn assessments and monitor for signs of distress or complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards
- Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centred environment for families
