Position Overview

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time opportunity in Northern New Jersey. This role offers the chance to work in a high-performing cardiac program supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures.

This position requires a 3-year commitment. Ideal for nurses looking for long-term stability, strong earnings in USD, and a pathway to permanent residency.

This opportunity is open to Canadian citizens eligible for the TN visa.

Green card and permanent residency sponsorship is available for qualified candidates after 3 months of employment.

Compensation

• $43.30 – $54.60 USD/hour based on experience
• Shift differentials available for evenings and weekends
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available

Qualifications of Cath Lab RN

• Canadian citizenship (required for TN visa eligibility)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• NCLEX-RN completed
• VisaScreen (CGFNS) completed or in process
• Active RN license (or eligibility) in the State of New Jersey
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab or critical care (ICU/ER) experience

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures including assessments and education
• Assist physicians during procedures such as angioplasty and stent placement
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
• Ensure procedure room readiness, equipment function, and supply availability
• Provide post-procedure care and monitor for complications
• Respond quickly to cardiac emergencies including arrhythmias and bleeding
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital standards
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
