• Typical range: $32.00 – $65.00 USD/hour depending on state and experience
• Higher-paying states include: California, New Jersey, and Nevada

Minimum Requirements

• Canadian citizenship (required for TN visa eligibility)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficency
• VisaScreen (CGFNS/TruMerit), Visa4Nurses, GlobalBridge or in process
• Active RN license or eligibility in U.S. state of employment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Cath Lab, ICU, or ER experience

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures including assessments and education
• Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and electrophysiology studies
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment
• Provide post-procedure care and monitor for complications
• Respond rapidly to emergencies such as arrhythmias or cardiac events
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
