Position Overview
IntelliStaff Medical is seeking experienced Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time opportunities across multiple U.S. hospitals. In this role, you will assist with life-saving cardiac procedures and play a key role in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
This position typically requires a 2–3 year commitment depending on the employer. Ideal for nurses looking for stability, strong compensation, and long-term U.S. career opportunities.
This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for the TN visa.
Green card and permanent residency sponsorship is available for qualified candidates after 3 months of employment.
Compensation

Qualifications of Cath Lab RN
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Canadian or Mexican citizenship (TN visa eligibility required)
- Active RN license (or eligibility) in the U.S. state of employment
- NCLEX required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Cath Lab, ICU, ER, or critical care setting required
- Strong knowledge of cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring preferred
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures including assessments and education
- Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and electrophysiology studies
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment
- Provide post-procedure care, monitoring for complications and ensuring patient stability
- Respond rapidly to emergencies such as arrhythmias, cardiac events, or bleeding
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Stay current with advancements in cardiac and interventional procedures
