Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Job – Southeast Texas

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Telemetry Registered Nurses for full-time permanent positions in Southeast Texas. This position includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs as well as licensing support for North American nurses.

With this Telemetry RN position, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and receive a comprehensive benefits package while joining a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, patient-centred care.

Qualifications of Telemetry RN:

• Active RN license in the State of Texas; licensing assistance is available
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• NCLEX required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred (unit specific competencies completed within 6 months)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities and Duties of a Telemetry RN:

• Provide professional nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patients with cardiac conditions and interpret telemetry data
• Administer medications and treatments safely while understanding their effects
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards
• Respond to changes in patient condition and implement interventions to prevent complications
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
