IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an Orthopedic / Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent position in Northern California. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

Qualifications – Orthopedic / Neuro RN
- Active California RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
- BLS (AHA) required upon hire
- ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
- Acute care hospital experience preferred
- Ventilator management experience preferred
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities – Orthopedic / Neuro RN
- Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice on the Ortho/Neuro unit
- Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results
- Communicate clinical changes promptly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition
