IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an Orthopedic / Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent position in Northern California. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

Qualifications – Orthopedic / Neuro RN

  • Active California RN license (or eligible for licensure)
  • NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
  • BLS (AHA) required upon hire
  • ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred
  • Ventilator management experience preferred
  • BSN preferred

Responsibilities – Orthopedic / Neuro RN

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Provide direct patient care within scope of practice on the Ortho/Neuro unit
  • Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results
  • Communicate clinical changes promptly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition
