Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Job

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse for a full-time permanent position in Northern California. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

Qualifications; Operating Room Registered Nurse

• Active California RN license required prior to hire
• NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required upon hire
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• CNOR certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities and Duties of an OR RN

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
• Circulate surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure AORN standard compliance
• Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Support performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
