Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Job

IntelliStaff Medical is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a full-time permanent position in Northern California. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

Qualifications – Telemetry RN

• Current and valid California RN license required prior to hire
• NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required within 30 days of hire
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Telemetry or Medical-Surgical board certification preferred

Responsibilities and Duties of a Telemetry RN

• Deliver safe, patient-centred care using the nursing process
• Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians promptly
• Respond quickly to cardiac events and clinical deterioration
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain national quality and safety standards
