IntelliStaff Medical is seeking Trauma and Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RN) for a full-time permanent position in Boise, Idaho. This opportunity includes TN visa assistance for qualified Canadian and Mexican RNs, along with U.S. state licensing support.

In this Emergency Department RN role, you will work as a direct employee of the hospital and receive competitive compensation, full benefits, potential sign-on bonus eligibility, relocation assistance, and shift differentials where applicable.

About the Emergency Department

• Level II Trauma Center
• Designated Level I STEMI Center
• Designated Level I Stroke Center
• Large regional Emergency Department with approximately 30+ beds
• Additional freestanding Emergency Department with approximately 10+ beds
• Access to Life Flight and advanced critical care transport
• Collaboration with trauma, orthopaedic, neurosurgery, and critical care teams

Position Overview – Emergency & Trauma RN

• Provide care to high-acuity emergency and trauma patients of all ages
• Participate in trauma activations and critical resuscitation cases
• Utilize advanced emergency nursing protocols and rapid assessment skills
• Collaborate closely with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Opportunity to float between regional and freestanding emergency departments

Qualifications – ER Nurse / Trauma RN

• Active Idaho RN license required prior to start date
• Multistate RNs must establish Idaho residency within 60 days of hire
• Oregon RN license required within 90 days of hire
• NCLEX-RN required for Canadian and Mexican RNs
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required at hire
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required per unit certification guidelines
• Minimum one year of RN experience in a fast-paced Emergency Department strongly preferred
• Experience caring for critical and trauma patients highly valued
