You Could Both Win a Stanley Cup
Hospital Week 2025 is May 11–17 — a time to recognize the many people who help make healthcare work, including those behind the scenes.
Sometimes, a CNO, HR manager, or hiring authority plays an important role in your journey. Maybe they supported your move, helped you feel welcomed, or made the hiring process easier. Maybe they were there during a difficult personal or professional time, or offered thoughtful career guidance when you needed it most.
If someone has made a real, positive difference in your life as a nurse, we’d love to help you recognize them.
Recognition That Matters
When you nominate a hospital leader who supported you, you’ll both be entered to win a Stanley Cup — a small thank-you for making a big impact.
Each nomination = one entry
Nomination deadline: May 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST

Take a Moment to Say Thanks

It only takes a few minutes to share your story — and it could mean the world to the person who stood by you.

Participants may submit multiple nominations using the same form. Each individual nominee listed counts as a separate entry. One (1) nominator will be selected at random, and one (1) nominee will be selected at random from their submitted list to win one (1) Stanley Cup® each.
