Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various specialties.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
Qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of Canada or Mexico due to federal TN visa qualifications.
- Must have passed the NCLEX exam.
- Must obtain a New York state nursing license.
- Must secure VisaScreen certification.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- At least one year of registered nursing experience in any specialty.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
