1. Contest Overview

   IntelliStaff is giving away one (1) gift card for a Starlink at the 2025 Aqsarniit Trade Show & Conference in Ottawa, Canada. The winner can use the gift card to purchase a Starlink kit or give it to someone else. To enter, visit booth 136 during the event and complete the entry process.

2. Contest Period

   The contest begins on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM (EST) and ends on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM (EST).

   The winner will be drawn and announced on Monday, February 24, 2025.

3. Eligibility
   • Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of IntelliStaff, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
   • Visit booth 136 at the 2025 Aqsarniit Trade Show & Conference in Ottawa, Canada.
   • Complete the official contest entry form provided at the booth.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
   • One (1) gift card valued at the cost of a Starlink Kit, redeemable by the winner for a Starlink purchase.
   • The winner may use the gift card for themselves or gift it to another individual.
   • The prize is non-transferable for cash or other substitutions.
   • IntelliStaff is not responsible for any additional costs, activation fees, or service availability.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
   • A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be announced on Monday, February 24, 2025, and will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at entry.
   • If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, another winner will be drawn.
7. Privacy & Consent
   • By entering, participants agree to allow IntelliStaff to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   • Personal information collected will be used only for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
8. General Conditions
   • IntelliStaff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
